We’re searching for 2 dynamic Workshop Facilitators to deliver fast-paced, engaging, in-person learning experiences for our Client's Marketing team’s Back to School event this fall. Each facilitator will lead one of two distinct 1-hour workshops (you’ll be assigned just one), using fully-branded guides, activities, and presentations prepared by the ELB team—with expert coaching and prep included.
If you bring energy, passion, and deep marketing know-how, we want you to deliver a session that inspires action and ignites new thinking in the room!

What You’ll Facilitate

• Deliver a 1-hour, in-person workshop for our client's marketers (either October 6, 2025, or a future TBD date – each workshop has a separate facilitator)
• Bring to life participant discussions, breakout activities, and practical exercises using the provided Facilitator Guide, Participant Guide, PowerPoint, and all assets
• Create a welcoming, interactive environment that draws out diverse experiences and sparks real-time learning for marketing professionals

What Sets You Apart

• High-energy facilitation style—you create momentum, foster engagement, and make content resonate for busy, high-performing teams
• Experience in Marketing—you’ve worked in, or closely partnered with, Marketing teams and “speak the language” of brand strategy, digital campaigns, or customer experience
• Track record of leading professional workshops, team training, or group learning sessions for adult audiences
• Inclusive, people-centered approach—skilled at drawing in all voices and making every participant feel valued
• Reliable and organized—prepared to represent ELB and Amex with confidence, punctuality, and high standards

Logistics & Commitments

• All materials, activities, and coaching are provided—just bring your expertise, facilitation skills, and personality
• Local CT/NYC/NJ facilitators highly preferred for best rate and lowest travel impact
• Initial workshop is October 6, 2025 (time TBD); second workshop date to be determined (different facilitator for each)
• The client will briefly meet selected candidates ahead of selection
• This is a contract (1099) opportunity; you must have work authorization in the United States
