About the Opportunity
Our Client’s Learning & Development team is committed to cultivating world-class leadership that reflects their values and drives business objectives. A vital part of this mission is ensuring the instructors and facilitators who deliver leadership development consistently meet high performance standards. We are seeking highly qualified Instructor Performance Auditors to evaluate, coach, and support internal and external instructors/facilitators delivering our Client's leadership programs. This role offers the opportunity to shape the quality of their learning experiences and contribute directly to leadership excellence across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits of instructors and facilitators using a standardized performance assessment rubric.
Observe instructional delivery during course sessions (minimum: first and last day of instruction series).
Document audit findings and submit results to Boeing’s internal team in a timely manner.
Provide actionable recommendations for instructional improvement and share best practices from prior audit experience.
Partner with the Client's Learning & Development and L5 Facilitators to ensure instructors receive appropriate coaching support.
Contribute to ongoing refinement of the audit process and performance rubric.
Support both in-person (Puget Sound and other Boeing sites) and virtual training audits as assigned.

Audits will focus on instructors and facilitators supporting leadership programs, including but not limited to:
Leadership & Professional Development
Leaders in Manufacturing Quality
Senior Leaders in Manufacturing & Quality
Production System Team Lead Programs
Qualifications
Required:
Proven experience conducting instructor/facilitator observations and performance audits.
Strong background in instructional delivery, coaching, or training evaluation.
Ability to apply standardized rubrics or audit tools to measure instructional effectiveness.
Excellent written communication skills for documenting and reporting audit results.
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
Availability to travel to client's sites as needed (Everett, Renton, Auburn, South Park, North Charleston, St. Louis, Winnipeg, Rotterdam, plus one TBD).
Comfortable auditing both live, in-person sessions and virtual instructor-led courses.
Preferred:
Prior experience auditing or coaching leadership development facilitators.
Knowledge of best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and facilitation.
Consulting or L&D vendor background supporting large-scale organizations.
