About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Testing Manager to lead testing activities for a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
The Testing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing enterprise testing activities across the program, ensuring that testing is organized, thoroughly executed, and aligned with implementation milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall testing strategy and execution for the ERP program.
Plan and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and performance testing.
Develop testing plans, schedules, milestones, and reporting.
Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams.
Manage test cases, defects, issues, and resolution activities.
Track testing progress, risks, dependencies, and readiness.
Coordinate closely with project managers, business stakeholders, developers, and implementation teams.
Use JIRA for defect and issue management.
Provide testing status and recommendations to program leadership.
Support quality assurance and implementation readiness through final deployment.
Required Qualifications
7+ years leading enterprise ERP testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing.
7+ years of experience supporting large system replacement or ERP implementation projects.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud strongly preferred and highly valued.
Experience managing testing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking and management, particularly JIRA.
Strong understanding of enterprise testing methodologies and implementation lifecycles.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Important Project Requirements
Must be available onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Central.
Remote work is subject to state approval and may be revoked.
Must successfully pass a Missouri State Highway Patrol fingerprint background check.
This is a 100% dedicated assignment with no split allocation to another client.
